Free private beta access · selected case by case

Use frontier AI.
Keep private operational data out of the frontier model.

Vale Fold separates AI-assisted workflow building from private operational execution. Frontier AI can help design, reason about and refine a reusable workflow. Once released, that workflow can run through a governed private execution path without sending live private operational payloads back to the frontier model simply to perform the work. We are offering free private-beta access to a small number of selected organisations across different locations and sectors, with each opportunity assessed individually around workflow fit, likely practical value and an appropriate data/security boundary.

Private beta access is free for selected organisations and granted case by case. We agree the workflow, likely benefit, data boundary and induction path before access. Already inducted participants can enter the beta from the button above.
Small cohortSelected around workflow fit, not signup volume.
Individual inductionEach organisation receives a separate onboarding path.
Frontier AI for buildingUse powerful models where they add value: shaping and improving reusable workflows.
Private runtime boundaryPrivate operational payloads stay on the governed execution side rather than being passed into the frontier Builder.
Founder-led

Direct access to the product founder during this beta stage.

Separated

Frontier-assisted workflow design is kept distinct from private operational execution.

Free access

Selected organisations receive private-beta access at no charge during the agreed beta period.

Privacy-led

Built so private operational payloads do not need to be exposed to an external frontier model during governed execution.

Beyond AI chat

Not another AI conversation.
A reusable operational process.

Vale Fold is designed to turn AI-assisted reasoning into something an organisation can review, approve, release and use repeatedly. The model can help create the process. It does not have to remain in control every time that process runs.

01 Describe

Explain the work you need done in plain English.

02 Build with frontier AI

Use capable models to structure, reason about and improve the workflow.

03 Review & approve

See what the workflow will do before it becomes operational.

04 Release a version

Create an identifiable, reusable version rather than regenerating the logic every time.

05 Run privately

Apply the released process to new authorised cases inside the governed execution boundary.

06 Reuse & improve

Run it again, inspect what happened, then deliberately release a successor version when needed.

AI should be able to help design your operations without automatically becoming part of every operation.
Versioned Know which approved workflow ran.
Permissioned Capabilities stay bounded by explicit authority.
Repeatable Reuse an approved process across new cases.
Auditable Keep an inspectable history of what ran and what happened.
The Vale Fold difference

Build with frontier intelligence.
Run private work without sending the private payload back.

Many AI tools keep the model in the loop every time the work runs. Vale Fold takes a different route for suitable repeatable workflows: use frontier intelligence to help create and refine the processor, then release that workflow into a governed private execution path. The live private payload does not need to be exposed to the frontier Builder simply to execute the released workflow.

RUN

Governed Private Runtime

Private operational payload stays in the governed execution path
The commercial proposition is simple: get frontier-model intelligence where it adds value, without making the frontier model the default destination for private operational data.
Protected innovation Selected aspects of the Vale Fold architecture are the subject of pending UK patent applications. Additional implementation know-how remains confidential.
UK patent applications pending
Not a prompt-level promise The separation is an architectural boundary between the frontier-facing Builder and the governed private Runtime — not merely an instruction to the model.
Designed to reduce unnecessary disclosure Private operational data does not need to be sent to an external frontier model simply to execute an already released workflow.
GDPR-aligned thinking The architecture is designed to support privacy-conscious deployment, data minimisation and explicit purpose, authority and access boundaries. Formal GDPR compliance still depends on the organisation, lawful basis, use case, policies and deployment.
Why take part

Free access to a product designed to improve real work.

Vale Fold is not asking organisations to invent artificial test tasks. The aim is to identify a real, repeatable workflow where the product could reduce administrative effort, improve consistency, shorten turnaround time or make the process easier to review and govern.

01

No licence cost during beta

Selected organisations receive access without software licence fees for the agreed beta period.

02

Built around your workflow

We assess your existing process and whether Vale Fold can add practical value before access is granted.

03

Potential time and cost reduction

Where the workflow is a good fit, the objective is to reduce repetitive effort and improve operational efficiency.

04

Direct founder access

During the private beta, selected participants have a direct route to discuss workflow fit, induction and feedback.

Access is selective rather than first-come, first-served. We are keeping the cohort small so each organisation can be assessed and inducted properly.
Connected ecosystem

Bring the models. Connect the tools.
Keep the control.

Vale Fold is designed to work across the AI and workplace stack your team already uses. Frontier intelligence sits on one side, operational tools sit on the other, and Vale Fold governs what is allowed to pass between them.

Who this beta is for

Useful work first.
Technology second.

We are selecting organisations with structured, repeatable administrative or operational work where a reusable, governed workflow has a credible chance of reducing effort, improving consistency or making the process easier to review.

Voluntary & community organisations

Including charities, community support teams, advice organisations, family support teams, housing and employment-support services.

Workflow-heavy teams

Suitable for recurring assessments, reviews, evidence preparation, structured follow-up, triage or other repeatable work where the team wants a better operating process.

Network & infrastructure bodies

You can either explore Vale Fold internally or refer one or two member organisations that are a stronger fit for the beta.

How recruitment works

Recruiting now.
Starting individually.

Applications are open, but access is granted case by case rather than automatically. Each organisation is considered separately, with the workflow, likely benefit, operating boundary and induction agreed before access is released.

STEP 1 Application or referral

You apply directly, or a supporting organisation identifies you as a potentially strong fit.

STEP 2 Value & workflow assessment

We assess whether there is a real workflow where Vale Fold could create practical value for the organisation.

STEP 3 Selection & induction

If the fit is strong, we agree scope, permissions, data boundary, success criteria and a suitable start window.

STEP 4 Free beta access

You use Vale Fold on the agreed workflow at no licence cost during the beta period and assess the practical benefit.

Staged beta access

Real workflows.
Controlled data boundaries.

This private beta is designed to test genuine workflow behaviour while keeping the current environment bounded. Each participant starts within an agreed safety boundary. Synthetic or fictional examples may be used during onboarding and early validation, while any progression to live workflows or real operational data is considered separately for that organisation and use case.

Staged, case-by-case useEarly testing can use synthetic or fictional examples. Live workflows or real operational data are considered only where the specific use case, controls, permissions and security evidence support it.
Individual workflow assessmentEach organisation is assessed on its own workflow, risk profile and operating needs rather than being placed into a one-size-fits-all beta.
Controlled progressionAccess, permissions and data boundaries can be expanded only after the relevant checks are complete and the next stage is explicitly agreed.
Practical value firstThe aim is to make a real workflow more useful for the participant while learning what must improve before broader deployment.

Governed by design

Vale Fold is designed so workflows, permissions, releases, data boundaries and governed actions stay explicit and reviewable as use becomes more operational.

Referral-friendly

If you support other organisations, you do not need to be the final user to be helpful. A good referral is valuable.

Built for real benefit

The objective is not to manufacture test tasks. It is to improve a workflow the organisation already cares about, while validating the product responsibly and preserving the agreed data boundary.

Two ways to engage

Use it yourself — or point us to a better fit.

Test an internal workflow

If your own team has a repetitive, structured task that looks suitable, we can assess whether Vale Fold could improve it and, where the fit is strong, offer free private-beta access.

Refer a suitable organisation

If you support other organisations, you can identify one or two groups that appear to be a strong fit for free private-beta access. We are not asking for a bulk mailing-list circulation.

Free private beta

Apply for consideration.

Use the form below to apply for free private-beta access or refer an organisation. Tell us about a real workflow and we will assess fit, likely value and the appropriate data/security boundary.

What to send us

You do not need a perfect brief. Just tell us enough to understand whether Vale Fold is potentially useful for your organisation or the one you are referring.

  • What kind of organisation you are
  • Whether you want to test a workflow or refer another organisation
  • A short description of the real task or workflow you want to improve
  • Your location or service area
  • Who should be contacted about next steps

Free private beta application

Complete the form and we will review the workflow, likely benefit, operating needs and appropriate access boundary. Access is free during the beta period for organisations we select.

Applications are reviewed individually. Free beta access is granted case by case; workflow scope, data handling and any progression toward live operational use are agreed separately with each selected organisation.
